Our Chef, Kyran Wiley

Visalia Native and Redwood high school graduate Kyran Wiley pursued his passion for quality food and customer service at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Pasadena, California. While earning his associate's degree in culinary arts, Kyran worked at luxurious Sherwood Country Club in Westlake Village, California studying under food network Chef Alberto Vazquez and Chef Lisa Biondi. Making his way back to the valley to be closer to family in 2010 Kyran had the honor of being executive chef of Tres Bien Tailored Cuisine under Chef/Owner Elaine Dakessian where he continued to grow his knowledge and skills in the food industry. Kyran is a proud member of the Visalia community and excited to serve good food to fit any need or event.

 

Our Owner, Sue Sa

Born and raised in Visalia, Sue has been the proud owner of Sue Sa's Creative Catering for almost 20 years, serving residents of the Central Valley.

Sue started her restaurant and hospitality career at several local establishments: Vintage Press and The Depot. Her career path led her to graduate from Golden Sate Business College in Hospitality Restaurant Management in 1990. With the opening of the NEW Radisson Hotel, she joined the Radisson Hotel Team as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, where she oversaw the bar, room service and eventually became Director of Catering. With the sale of the Radisson Hotel in March of 1998 Sue Sa’s Creative Catering was born to carry on her food and beverage experience. Sa believes, “We understand that food is a very intricate part of every event we serve. Our personalized service sets us apart from other establishments. Our team listens to your wants and needs to guide you effortlessly through the planning and implementation of your event”.
